Is shown, that the increase of quantity entered in ligued of pig-iron with 4 up to 8 % increases (its) hardness, the durability wear regigtence at friction in pair with bronze, bulk density of powders grows also. Morphology, distribution of components and the properties regearchine of powders essentially improve their ability to be deformed and to be condensed, that allows to enter into a mix on the basis of this powder more carbon& Because of essential improvement compact copper strenghtening of a powder in structure of a material of plates it is possible to enter up to 10 % of firm greasing as graphite, that it was not possible to make at use of serial copper powders. Alloys the containing powders with the additives Cr - Fe , had on 10 - 15 % above indexes of mechanical properties in comparison with similar materials containing copper powders of the mark ПМС-1. Tests of contact plates made of a copper powder, strengthening hingcromiut by the pig-iron which has been carried out(spent) ОАО ВНИИЖТ, /@. Moscow / have shown their significant superiority under the antifrictional characteristics in comparison with materials ВЖЗП and НЖ2ПБ on an iron base.
