The purpose of research is development of universal technological agent as effective means of amendment printing-technological properties marking inks of 41 951 serie to ensure normal proceeding of printing process for all printed materials and types of marking technique. Research methods and equipment are physico-chemical and technological, laboratory device for impressions in standard conditions. Details of electronic technique, wich are marked, are made from different materials - from metals to polymers. They differ from each other physico-chemical properties. Besides more than 30 enterprises of electronic industry mark details of these materials. They are equipped with different types of marking technique. Marking inks of 41 951 serie ensure high mechanical and chemical durability of impressions for all marking materials. But they printing-technological properties cann't satisfy some important requirements of printing process without corresponding correction. It depends on specific characteristics of different types marking technique. Results of this development are scientific-technical products: change № 1 for technical specifications for marking inks of 41 951 serie; technologic order production technological agent for marking inks of 41 951. Novelty of research: the first time there were established physico-chemical regulations of influence product interaction of epoxy resin and benzophenone on printing-technological properties of two-component inks and developed universal technological agent, which provides stability.
