It was found practical to use the direct extrusion method (without expansion but with diameter enlargement by boring). Shortening of holding times (from 3 to 1 hour) during 12Kh1MF steel tube tempering has been substantiated. Feasibility of exclusion of thermal treatment of 20 steel tubes from a separate heat has ben shown. By the results of dmensional (diameter and wall thickness) control of the tubes produced by the developed technology, 89,4% of their quantity are within the tolerance limits for the cold-worked tubes and 97,2% for the hot-worked tubes of improved quality. By all structure indices, technological and mechanical properties, the hot-worked tubes meet requirements of TU 14-3-460 after a corresponding heat treatment., Product Description popup.authors Перепелиця Тетяна Вікторівна Царьков Олексій Костянтинович popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
