The role of the stable increasing of the functional PC activity in dampening of the epileptic excitation is proven. The possibility of the activation of mechanisms of absanse-like syndrome caused by the influence of ES, as a specific stage of the dampening of the generalized peniciline-inducted, is substantiated. The use of the model of kindling caused by the subcritical dosage of corasol permitted to detect the decreasing of frequency and shortening of time of the spike-wave complexes, and the shortening of the general time of its generation. It is shown that the electric stimulation increases the absorbtion of triptophane and meteonine in the ventral hyppocampus, intensifies the restpration of the tiole groups, both in the brain tissues and in the blood of the animals. The level of the factor of necrosis of the tumor alpha (FNT-?) at condition of activation of PC is researched; its role in the disordering of the brain functions at the chronic epileptic syndrome is shown.
