Studied compounds, depending on their chemical structure, possess tranquilizing, adaptative, anticonvulsant and others neurotropic effects. Germamid has the most expressed anticonvulsant action: the mechanism of germamid's action is established. At different experimental models of parkinsonic syndrome the efficiency of germacord is set. On a background of the toxic damage of liver a hepatoprotective action of new compounds is revealed. In addition, the mechanism of action of new compounds has been studied. According to force of membranoprotective effect new compounds are disposed as following: nicogerm > germamid > germacord. Advantage. The neurotropic and hepatoprotective effects of new biological active compounds from the oxyethylendiphosphonate derivatives are first explored. For the first time it was established mechanisms of action of the most active compounds. .
