For prognostication of risk of development of complicated course of postoperative period in newborn the scale of prognostication was developed. It allowed to make differential choice of methods and terms of preoperative preparation of newborn to decrease risk of operation and development of complications. The operative analysis of variation of cardiac rhythm by the system "Cardio-Spectrum" allowed to estimate the functional state vitally important systems of organism. Improvement of anastomosis by "Surgicel", warming and moistening of intestine by permanent intraoperative peritoneal washing, introduction of actovegin in newborns allowed to decrease postoperative complications. Increasing of volume of abdominal cavity according to elaborated methodic allowed to minimizing terms of treatment of newborns with gastroschisis and diaphragmatic hernia. Prophylaxis, early diagnostics and treatment of the complicated course of postoperative period resulted in decline of general lethality from 36,4% in a control group to 13,9% in basic one and to achievement of good results in 69,4% patients.
