It is shown as decreasing of fertility index, prolongation of the estrous cycle, decreasing of functional activity of supraoptic and arcuat nuclei of hypothalamus in female. Mass of testicle, specific density of spermatogenic epithelium cells, especially spermatogonii, index of spermatogenesis are fallen on these conditions in male. Restoration of the morphofunctional state of the mice reproductive system after the correction these pathological states with mesenchimal progenitor cells takes place. It is shown as appreciable renewal of the mass of reproductive organs, fertility index, increasing of functional activity of supraoptic and arcuat nuclei of hypothalamus, index of spermatogenesis and restoration of the structural integrity of testis.
