The research was held at joint-stock "Ukrelektroapparat". The aim of research is argumentation of theoretical statements, determination of methodical approaches and development of applied recommendations for the forming of management system of industrial enterрrise development. Research menhods: sociologic methods, economic-statictical analysis, economic-mathematical methods, expert valuation method, ambiguous plurals method. Data рrocessing was made by using computer technologies and software. Theoretical results: theoretical base of management of enterprise development has been formed, necessity of innovative development motivation improvement has been proven; expediency of enterprise development management on basis of market value concept has been proven. Practical results: methodical basis of organizational solution of innovational development of enterprise on the basis of intergration of logistics function and development of internal enterpreneurship has been formed; recommendations for organizational replanning of enterprise with the aim to create an interfunctional group of its strategic development management have been formed. Scientific novelty: the methodological approach to industrial enterprise development management by defining the impact of motivation, that forms the basis of structural potential of enterprise and grants the realization of its economic potential, that displays in increasing of market value of enterprise has been improved. Тhe enterprise development system during its lifecycle on the basis of ballanced indices concept has been developled.
