Effective method of determining the level of first-generation hybrid seed is a DNA-typing by the existing, but still non-standardized, techniques. Score hybridity of seed lots by a comparative analysis of the spectra of amplification of microsatellite loci will reduce the time to assess and improve the accuracy of the installation of hybridity. Analysis of polymorphism of microsatellite loci allows to obtain stable codominant markers, with each locus, hybrid should get one allele from the maternal line, the second - from the parental. Electrophoretic spectra of plant hybrids should be identical and match the alleles of the original forms. By a comparative analysis of the spectra of amplification of individual seeds and counting the number of plants with the same allelic composition level hybridity of the seeds is set.
