Goal of work - Providing of executive authorities, subjects of management which elaborate, export, control standards on civil defense with common terminology. According to the revised SC 19:2010 "Classifier of emergencies" sub-class 20700 medical-and-biological emergencies belongs to class 2000 and includes the following groups: - 20710 emergencies caused by infectious diseases of people; - 20730emergencies, caused by infectious diseases of agricultural animals; - 20760 emergencies caused by agricultural crops affected by diseases and pests. Complete, systematized, scientifically grounded terminology for activity in this branch was not elaborated till now. Implementation of the national standard mentioned above will expand the standardize basis for civil defence at the natural emergencies of biological origin (medical-and- biological emergencies). Terms ascertained by this standard are recommended to use in legislative acts, all kinds of standardizing documents, respective works, scientific and training-methodical editions.
