The association between disorders of cerebral haemodynamic and the patholodgical changes in the cervical segments, as well as dependence of blood pressure level from state of cerebral microcirculation were investigated. Features of vertebrogenic arterial gipertension were determined and it"s differential diagnostics were developed. The analysis of pathological changes in cervical department of spine was conducted, as well as the classification of traumatic elements was offered. Determination of vertebrogenic arterial hypertension was formulated. the scheme of pathogenesis was presented,the diagnostic criteria and features of medical treatment according to pathological changes in the cervical vertebral segments was developed. Expediency of manual tchnique using and it"s efficiency on arterial hypertension treatment were estimated.
