The research objects were patients with chronic injury and who had been given medicare earlier, but whose damages hadn't been correctly diagnosed on the initial stages. The task of this work is the improvement of diagnostics and the development of new methods of operative treatment of patients with the chronic damages of humeral joint who were given medicare in the extreme situations. The modern diagnostic criteria of humeral joint damages were developed. The mathematical models of damage were also developed and the possible variants of damag removal on the basis of terminal elements were offered. In a difference from the present methods of operative treatment we supplement reinsertion of the tendon supraspinal muscle with temporary tenodesis tendon of long head of biceps for renewal of depressor function. We offer the new conception of immobilization of humeral joint. For the first time the differential system of diagnostics of damage on the type Hill-Suchs in the acute period after the removal of primary traumatic dislocation of shoulder was formulated by us. The new method of implementation of the minimum invasive artificial directed break of long bone, which foresees saving of vascular network of marrow was offered. The results of this scientific works were introduced to the medical establishments of two regions of Ukraine. In the framework of the three dissertations were fulfiled and defended. This scientific work is the platform for the subsequent decisions of problems the damages of the shoulder joint.
