The paper purpose lies in working out methods and models of management and economic mechanism improvement in order to maximize the effectiveness of enterprises functioning. Research methods: theoretical, logical and critical kinds of analysis; balance and statistical methods of correlation and regression analysis. There have been analyzed general directions of legislation reforming in the sphere of relations regulation and specifying tariffs on the housing communal service and possibilities of using current methods of price fixing for the above mentioned service in Ukraine. There have been defined the main ways of reorganizing management and economic mechanism of the housing communal service. There has been improved the methods of reasonable tariff determination for the housing communal service. The patten of reasonable price fixing for the housing communal servicee have been offered. Effectiveness is reached by determining reasonable tariffs for the housing communal service. These regulations are meant for enterprises of the housing communal service.
