Intercommunication of object of standardization with other objects of standardization consists in development of these methods. From present operating normative documents such SOU do not exist in Ukraine, that provide standardization of methods of research of the state of the system to haemostasis. The purpose of work was: development and observance of technical terms of determination of indexes to haemostasis at animals. This standard will be instrumental in standardization of methods of research of the system to haemostasis at animals, that will considerably promote objectivity and research informing and will allow to give statistical estimation of authenticity of the got results. Developed SOU is actual, because provides determination of basic haemostasis indexes in plasma of blood of animals, enables statistical treatment of results and creates terms for their reproduced. Taking into consideration actuality as a result of the conducted work for current period, stage-by-stage, all tasks foreseen by an agreement were executed № 109с/32 from July, 5 2006р.: collection, study and analysis of materials is conducted after a theme; the first release of the SOU project and explanatory message is developed to him; the first release of project of standard is sent on reviews; the analysis and working of reviews is conducted and made a vault on them; the revision of project of standard and explanatory message is carried out as a result of reviews; the second release of the SOU project is sent on reviews; final formulation of project of standard is finished off; final formulation of the SOU project is concerted with SE "UkrSRSC", State department Veterinary medicine of Ukraine, Institute of cultivation and genetics UAAN, SC "Ukragrostandartsertification"; he is ratified on scientifically-methodical and scientific and technical advices of sections of veterinary medicine and stock-raising; it is ratified by the SOU Deputy minister of agrarian politik of Ukraine and registered in SE "UkrSRSC", prepared business in the fund of Ministry of agrarian policy for an account, storage and edition.
