Achievement of purpose of the intermediate stage of scientific research has demanded the decision of following tasks: - the parameters determination.of macroeconomic development in Ukraine; - the influence analysis of the macroeconomic environment on the development of Kharkiv region and especially bank sector; - the diagnostic results of the Kharkiv region's bank companies activity; - the grounds of financial reference points in the process of anti-recessionary management. Object of research - is an activity of bank sector of Ukraine and Kharkiv region. A subject of research is indicators of banking activity and methods of their forecasting. In the course of accomplishment of scientific research such general scientific methods, as theoretical generalization, grouping, the statistical and graphical analysis, regressive analysis and exponential smoothing have been used.
