Development of methodical recommendations of generalization of data of the passport system will be executed on the basis of conducting and generalization of data of the passport system of rural settlements on the example of district. The table of contents will include the analysis and estimation of social development of rural settlements and generalization of social priorities of development of settler network at the level of model district. The developed methodical recommendations is forecast to use by Ministry of agrarian policy, regional and local organs of executive power, accountable for realization of social policy on jurisdiction territories at program development of social development of rural territories. Research work is directed on the improvement of organizational-economic approaches in relation to smoothing of proportions of social development of rural settler network on the bases of complex and system revival of every settler education and on this basis of rise of prestige of residence of population in rural locality. Development will be instrumental in more effective realization of measures, that found the reflection in the Government program of development of Ukrainian having a special purpose sat down on a period to in 2015.
