A draft of Regulation to exchange data about assessment and monitoring of the marine environment between the subjects of monitoring and information-analytical center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine was prepared. The report consists introduction, analytical review of standards for assessing the marine environment, the existing methods of monitoring the marine environment and guidelines for the optimal organization of modern observations, the monitoring of the marine environment and suggestions for its improvement, conclusions and recommendations, the draft of Regulation to exchange data about assessment and monitoring of the marine environment between the subjects of monitoring and information-analytical center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine, a list of links and applications.
