The task of work is to synthesise biologically active substances based on acyclic and heterocyclic condensed systems of oxiamins, to find out a possible correlation between structure of synthesized molecular forms and their antimicrobial action, to select the perspective molecular forms for carrying out preclinical and clinical examinations for their probable medicine using. Investigation methods are organic synthesise of molecular forms with using alkylation tests, insurrection, bounding, etherification etc. Instrumental methods of examination organic substances are - spectroscopy, thin layer chromatography, High Performance Liqiud Chromatography, elementary analysis, determination of biological activity of organic substances, analysis and generalisation of investigation results. It was found out: - the higest antimicrobial activity was found substances with alkocsi group conteined adamantan, adamantil methyl, bronil fragments, and amino fragment 2,2,6,6,-tetramethylpiperidin, 1,1,3,3,-tetramethylbutilamin; - clear antiviral activity was in substances with alkocsi group represented by adamantil methyl, t-butil and 1-ethynil cyclogeksil replacements; - amino group was represented by cyclogecsilamin, 1,1,3,3,-tetramethylbutil, 2,2,6,6,-tetramethyl 4 oxy-piperidin.
