It was shown that treatment of winter wheat plants with biological preparations stimulates rhizosphere microorganisms, in particular nitrogen-fixing microorganisms, increases the potential activity of nitrogen fixation; while the modification of microbial products with homologous lectin enhances the activity of nitrogen-fixing symbiotic systems of soybeans. In general, the use of biological preparations - both of natural origin, on the basis of vermicompost, and microbial agents with the addition of homologous lectin stimulates growth and development of cereals and legumes, and increases plant productivity. Thus, the use of the preparations Biovitreks provided 11.1% additional yield of winter wheat while legume seed inoculation with strains of B. japonicum incubated with homologous lectin contributed to increasing the yield of this crop by 17,4 - 24,2%.
