A.Romodanov, AMS of Ukraine" popup.description2 Report about scientific research; 80 pages, 23 tables, 17 picture, 61 source of literature. The object of investigation was the immune system and brain tissue of mouses after transplantation of allogenic embrionic cells. The purpose of investigation was to study alloimmune response after the embrional and mature nervouse and lymphoid cells transplantation to brain, abdominal cavity and skin of intact and immunosupressive mouses. The methods of investigation were : experimental (the two breeds of mouses were used; unbreed white mouses were investigated too); immunological (lymphocyte cytotoxic activity in MTT-test; level of alloantibodies in microcytotoxicity tests; prolipherative activity of lymphocytes in mixture culture; phagocytic activity of brain and spleen cells in NST-test; level antibodies to brain antigens applying immunofermental analysis); morphological (light microscopia and picture analise in cytoanalizer "IBAS"); statistical (programs of "Statistica" were used). Results of investigations show the development of immune reaction after transplantation allogenic embryonic cells to brain. Embrionic cells have low expression of MHC antigen, but proliferation and differentiation progenitors to mature cells increased this expression. Maximum alloimmunization was documented on 12 and 18 day after embryonic cells transplantation. The induction of immunosupression (sandimune, cyclophosphamide) and status microchimerism decrease the alloimmune reactions (cell and humoral) on 12 and 18 days after transplantation of embrionic cells to brain, minimizate the signs of inflamation, glyosis of brain tissue and signs of donors cells death. The novelty of investigation is the results about effective action of immunosupressive drugs and status of microchimerism in case of embrionic cells transplantation (the time of life allogenic neuroblasts in recipient brain tissue increases to 25-30 days compared to 9 days observed in control group).
