Reasons of such divergences are set. The original construction of the working thick-walled area is developed from high-heat-conducting material, which provided the increase of exactness of book-mark of thermo-electric sensors of temperature in preliminary certain points in the volume of the thick-walled area, that allowed to promote exactness of measuring of the field of temperatures and thermal descriptions of process of condensation and, as a result, more correctly to determine the local coefficients of heat emission. Experimental research of local heat exchange is conducted during condensation of water and chladon of R-141b in a smooth horizontal pipe and in a horizontal pipe with different оребрением at the different modes of flow of phases. Calculation dependences are developed for local and middle heat emission during condensation of chladons in a horizontal pipe with the intensifyed surface taking into account character of the modes of flow of phases. It is first demonstrated that a method on which all domestic and foreign researchers present the results of experimental research of condensation into horizontal smooth and оребрених pipes and microchannels as dependence of average on the perimeter of pipe coefficients of heat emission on mass steam-content and mass speed of steam does not give the clear picture of character of heat exchange which on greater part of pipe and at all modes of flow of phases mainly depends on the thickness of tape of runback. The developed method of research of local thermal streams will allow to decide the existent and new tasks of heat exchange during condensation in horizontal pipes and ducting's by the obligatory and exact account of part to taking away of runback, thicknesses of tape of runback, influence of forces of surface-tension, non-isothermic surface of heat exchange and hydraulic resistance. The results of development drawn on in an educational process, in preparation of candidate's and doctoral dissertations can be used in scientific and project establishments of many industries - power, machine-building, chemical, pharmaceutical et cetera, where studied or used processes of condensation.
