The work purpose - researches, in model borders portfolio planning, the general methodical approaches to a substantiation of structure of a portfolio of innovations of the machine-building enterprise. In the course of work was use system and complex approaches. Research method: sociological method , traditional method the economic analysis, an economic-mathematical method, a method of expert estimations. Data processing was carried out by use of computer technologies and the software. During work performance: the essence and problems portfolio planning of innovative activity of the enterprise is theoretically shown; new methodical approaches to planning of innovations on the basis of marketing-management system are offered; the model of the mechanism of formation of a portfolio of innovations is constructed; uses models for formation of a portfolio of innovations which are grounded on allocation cluster innovations behind criteria of economic advantage are offered. Results of work: the mechanism of formation innovative to a portfolio is developed; the technique portfolio planning by innovative activity is received.
