A specific feature is that corrosive influences are examined at the action of the external loading which always operates on the reinforced-concrete constructions of buildings, at least from the own weight of constructions. Alongside the current concrete and armature tension's under loading are influencing on developing of corrosive processes. This causes the necessity to take into account the influence of corrosion under-loading on the stress-strain state of reinforced-concrete constructions, their load-carrying capacity and service ability. On the basis of the conducted theoretical-experimental researches the theoretical bases for calculation of reinforced-concrete constructions with corrosive damages are offered, as well as the calculation of their reliability, and durability of buildings with bearing reinforced-concrete constructions is suggested. The obtained theoretical dependences can also be used to foresee the terms of exploitation of buildings with the use of bearing reinforced-concrete constructions in the aggressive environments of different influence intensity .
