Subject of research: exergy efficiency of process of work of refrigeration machines for cooling of air, including processes of losses of exergy during dissipation of energy. Purpose of work - consist in exergetic ground and increase of energy efficiency of work of refrigeration machines for cooling of air and on these basis elaboration methods of optimization of energetic losses in split-conditioners. Method of research - For analysis efficiency of processes of work of refrigeration machines split-conditioners was used these methods of research: " modern exergetic method of thermodynamics research of refrigeration machines for cooling of air; " methods of theory of heat and mass transfer; " methods of mathematic modeling of process of work of refrigeration machine; " research computer programming; " computer processing of research data. Inculcation of results of research science work. Consist in realization researches in the form of engineering methods, algorithms, computer program for calculation and prognosis optimal processes of work of refrigeration machines of split-conditioners, which is basis for elaboration high efficiency energy saving refrigeration machines and improvement of conditions of exploitation of acting refrigeration machines. The method of increase of energy saving of local autonomous conditioners, which protected the patent of Ukraine on an useful model № 43911, is offered. Results of work are using in educational process by preparation professionals in specialty "Heat, Gas Supply and Ventilation" during teaching branches of science "Conditioning of Air and Cool Supply", "Projecting of Systems of Conditioning of Air and Cool Supply", execution of magistracy qualification works and so for function of private business "Systems of Conditioning of Air and Ventilation" (L'viv, Saharova street, 42) and private business "Dominant Eco" (L'viv, Smal'-Stoc'kogo street, 1, office 216), why permit diminish consumption of electric energy in exploitation refrigeration machines of local autonomous conditioners in dependence with external temperature conditions on 7-18%.
