The shown in the dissertation possibility of the vertical refraction determination and consideration on the basis sight targets fluctuation was confirmed by the great amount of the experiments and obtained results. Using of the digital levels equipped by charge coupled devices enables to determine and consider the target fluctuation more precision than visually and increase its accuracy by using increasing the accuracy of the refraction determination and also expand the observation time to whole light day.
