Chemical nature of dextrane nanolayers was changed by grafted polymerization of monomers . Researches were executed with application of such methods, as measrment of moistening contact angel, ellipsometry and atomic-force microscopy. The use of these methods allowed to define free superficial energy of material surfaces, its constituents, degree of modification of surface, medium-altitude of grafted nanolayers, them index of refractions, maximal and middle overfall of heights of nanolayer on surfaces and his roughness. Adsorption of protein of albumin at different pH on the surface different chemical nature was investigated. It is discribed that most thermodynamics densely packing nanolayers of the albumin appear on surfaces modified a dextrane, that is related to formation of albumin-dexstan complexes.
