A purpose is creation induction of the heater systems, able to execute heating of wares on the different depth of material in the wide range of temperatures. A sphere of the use is enterprises of machine-building complex and other industries of industry. Certain relations of charges of energy at the complete and local heating of details, and also sizes of decline of power-hungryness depending on information about the parameters of connections of details. The decline of power-hungryness of technological processes (TP) is possible due to the increase of informative resource. At TP of drafting with the use of information about the size of natyaga in every connection of diminishing energozatraty on heating of details, by comparison to the traditional drafting after maximal natyagom (N max ), can make to 35%, and at providing of natyaga close to minimum (N min ), as a result of grouping of details, - 50%, at reaching of details on N min - to 60%. Typification of induction heaters and systems of their management is conducted. Principles of typeselection are developed, power, geometrical parameters of inductor, for creation at a detail which is heated, thermal streams which form the set temperature field at providing of energysaving technologies of assembling and sorting out with the induction heating. The structure of model of co-operation of the magnetic fields of different frequencies and generalized model of heat conductivity is offered. A model which describes the heterogeneous thermal transients of the low temperature induction heating of details and heat exchange in connections at different frequencies of the brought current is worked out. Such model allows to define necessary specific power of heating and her distribution on the surface of detail depending on the necessary form of expansion of landing surface, and time of cleating or tomming of connections.
