In particular the system which consists of two connected qubits which are measured by resonant contour and which are in dissipative environment is considered. Influence of noise on dynamic behavior superconducting flux qubit is investigated theoretically. In particular it is shown that noise can lead to amplification of Rabi oscillations of levels population. The theory of Josephson effect in point contact between two two-band superconductors is developed.
