Research purpose - to develop a way of diagnosis for transgenic sugar beet plants to identify for them genetic constructs, to carry out of studying of specific tolerance to roundup for such plants and their possible impact on soil microbiota. Molecular biology, biochemical as well as microbiology methods were used. As a result of researches, method for nuclear acids isolation and purification for any origins of plant material was proposed. The method is suitable for PCR amplification and identification of genetic constructs inside transgenic sugar beet plants. Different levels of expression of genes supporting resistance to glyphosate inside transgenic plants. Results of estimation for degradation of nucleic acids inside plant residues of transgenic plants showed their full degradation during thirty days. Estimation of soil microbiota changes was carried out during growing of transgenic sugar beet plants demonstrated definite negative impact on quantitative distribution for different groups of microorganisms. Studying of interactions between definite soil microbiota strains in vitro conditions showed about possibility of horisontal resistance to antibiotic genes transferring between other groups of soil microbiota.
