Theoretical and practical results - the new technology of the high-performance automated treatment of details on heavy machine-tools, new computer-integrated technology of work-hardening of toolpieces and responsible details of heavy metal-cutting machine-tools are developed. Novelty - integrated complex adaptive optimal control of technological system of heavy machines and multi-tiered system of decision making with elements of artificial intelligence are created. Software for implementation of adaptive optimal control of machining process on heavy machines is developed. Efficiency of introduction - introduction of the developed integral complex of optimum management the adaptive technological system of heavy machine-tools will allow to promote exactness and quality, increase the productivity on 20%, to decrease the prime price of treatment due to optimization of managing technological parameters, developed new facilities of measuring and diagnostics.
