The paper purpose lies in elaborating the fundamental numerical-analytical theory for investigating the wave field in limited areas with complicated physical and mechanical properties. The research methods: a complex of numerical-analytical methods of the dynamic theory of elasticity and using computer technologies for checking the trustworthiness of the received results. The effective numerical-analytical theory of heterogeneous substances dynamic firmness has been based on one scientific research and methodological ground. This has made it possible to solve the complex of complicated problems, which are connected with fine dynamic effects, which originate in problem areas of cross-section. For the first time there have been presented theoretical and numerical results of analysis of anisotropy measures influence on the wave characteristics and the nature of edge effects in bodies with composite cross-sections of various configurations. The suggested theory of calculation is convenient and guarantees the higher calculation accuracy of strength characteristics of component bodies. This theory is meant for scientific research and structural design organizations, which design and modernize the details of complex inner structure, that are put into operation in dynamic regimes under the changeable temperature field conditions.
