Ivanova "Askaniya -Nova "conduct, having regard to substantial influence of natural selection. As a result considerable work is conducted on the maintainance of the unique in Ukraine breed of sheep of universal direction with not homogeneous semirough wool of carpettype. By the purposeful selection of animals of the desired type the increase of the wool productivity is attained on 8-8,7%, positive results are also got on the increase of the meat productivity of sheep.
