Prevailing the place of OPG in the production of agricultural goods became possible after a transmission peasants and other rural inhabitants of considerable areas of agricultural lands. On November, 1, 2002 in the use of the personal subsidiary economies of population there is more than 300 тис.га or 50,1 % in-regional area, and they make more than 85 % agricultural product. It is possible to assert about efficiency of the use of agricultural lands of OPG, comparing the level of production of gross goods of agriculture on 100 hectares of agricultural lands. An analysis shows perceptible advantages of OPG of citizens, where production of agricultural goods on 100 hectares of с/г in 5 times higher than in economies public a sector. Next to it, the productivity of basic agricultural cultures and productivity of cattle in OPG remains low, but higher, than in economies public a sector. The higher level of efficiency of production of stock-raising goods in OPG comparatively with public is predefined not only lower by prime price but also higher here the cost of realization of animals after living mass. Such price on a cattle in OPG more high 1,6 раза, pigs -1,38 раза, milk - 1,13 раза. It is predefined quality of products and more advantageous ductings of realization. Large influence on efficiency of growing of agricultural cultures has a level of cost of works which are executed from sides. Such works (ploughing, cultivating, occupied, collection) in the structure of expenses at growing of grain-crops take off 65,5 %, at growing of potato 45 %, and their cost hesitates within the limits of 2-3,5 Uah for 0,01 hectares. To our opinion in a prospect development of OPG will go by expansion of the landed parcels of land due to dividing into parts, purchases of earth and will convert them into domestic naturally commodity peasant economies.
