The goal of a project is a development of scientific basis of the theory of activity control of the next generation of nanocatalysts on the basis of nanostructures: "intellectual" catalysts with divided functions of nanoareas, which is responsible for the activation of elementary steps of reaction and for the accommodation of reaction's energy in the preset proportion via phonon and via electron channels. The investigation methods are the luminescent optical method, method of measurement of a coefficient of recombination on the surface of catalysts, kinetic investigations of running reactions. The experimental unit for research of activity of nanocatalysts was developed and created. The developed high-sensitive method of evaluation of recombination coefficient on nanocatalysts was described. The theoretical and the experimental investigations of the processes of accommodation of energy of heterogeneous chemical reaction via electronic channel was realized. The scientific fundamentals of a theory of control of activity of nanocatalysts and the approaches for designing of catalytic nanostructures on the surface of nanocatalysts was developed. It was shown that nanocatalysts with divided functions of nanoareas on the surface will be effective. One of those nanoareas are responsible for the processes of activation of reaction and other are responsible for the processes of relaxation via high-effective electronic channel.
