Purpose development of conception and creation of computer model of stability of environment of beach-resort area of industrial knot of Priazov'ya. Model includes spreadsheets by which carry out control of spectrum of factors: ecological strength security is in the probed district of city; description of "stability" in co-operation of municipal transport systems and served by them industrial enterprises; temporal factor which determines "active" day's life cycle of the probed district of мегаполиса, with subsequent determination of area of risk of origin of technogenic failures in the conditions of industrial knot of Priazov'ya. Development is executed with the use of methods of analysis of the systems, management theory, theory of risks and imitation design. Theoretical meaningfulness of the developed methods consists in formed corporate ecological logistic of industrial knot of Priazov'ya. Practical meaningfulness of methods consists in forming, on the base of existent principles of city logistic, "green belts", formative "city acologistik framework" in the aggregate, that in same queue is directed on creation of favourable terms for life of people, proceeding in a capacity, support of health and life-breaths of man. Estimation of ecological safety of the offered "green belts" is possibly at introduction of the developed computer model which passes an experimental test in LTD. "Azovspecekologiya" (Mariupol). The novelty of work is based on principles of decision of important theoretical problem of monitoring of environment taking into account the criterion of a minimum of violations of ecological equilibrium which enables to execute the multifunction analysis of current and perspective decisions in relation to the environment of a transport system of large industrial district of Seashore. An effect from introduction is based on blok of territory of large industrial city and off-shore territories after the degree of the ecological loading, and subsequent forming of city "acologistik framework" of off-shore territory of Priazov'ya.
