A purpose of work is creations of resourcesaving technologies, which provide drawing on internal reserves of alloys for the increase of mechanical properties and wearproofness steels to the level, which is evened, or exceeds him at analogues which contain a nickel and other ele-ments. Research methods - metallography, test of mechanical properties, test, on an abrasive and impact-abrasive wear, mathematical treatment of results of researches. Job performances - for the large group of steels, which are widely used in industry, ener-gykeeping technologies of heat treatment (normalization, temper, including isothermal and ir-regular), which foresees heating in the intercritical interval of temperatures and receipt of struc-tures, which contains in many cases a metastable austenite which allows to realize the effect of temper at loading, are developed. The high level of mechanical properties and wearproofness is pro-vided as a result. For steels with enhanceable maintenance of carbon the modes of heat treatment are de-veloped, on occasion in combination with cementation, which differ from applied that they pro-vide a receipt in the structure of metastable austenite and allow to manage his amount and stabil-ity in relation to the concrete terms of wear. As a result the wearproofness is enhanceable in once or twice. New technology of heat treatment is inculcated for the flags of various equipment of, which are outpoured in a present tense from steel which is developed 75ХФТЛ. It is recommended to check up pilot-scale the developed modes of heat treatment of steels 20ГЛ and 20ГФЛ, which are used for the carriage casting.
