The developed scientific and technological bases of creation of economnolegovanih powder-like materials from unscarce powders of ferro-alloys and metals for the electrodougovogo sawing of coverages with high tribotehnichnimi descriptions. A new method of preparation of surface is developed by a mechanical method with the purpose of rise of durability of coupling of coverage with a basis. The modern equipment of department is used, namely: electrodougoviy metalizator, source of feed, compressor for creation of necessity of pressure of air, device for preparation of surface before sawing, equipment for preparation of powders of ferro-alloys and metals, machine-tool for making of powder-like wire. The improved basic theoretical and technological positions on influence of features of melting of materials on forming of high-quality working layer, on duty descriptions of coverages. Reliability of alloy of parent metal with naplavlenim is megascopic in 1,5 - 2 times due to exothermic processes, and duty descriptions of coverages are promoted on 40 60 %. The resulted researches differ by originality of decision, scientific by a novelty, similar developments of foreign researchers which continue to use dear powder-like materials are passed ahead. Presentation of development are perspective, because the possible use of unscarce ferro-alloys for the improvement of various properties of sawing of coverages, that the thousand of UAH foresees the receipt of economic effect not less than 400. Developments will find application in mashinoboudouvanni, on a transport and other industries of production. The most wide application of developments is possible in metallurgical production.
