The system of marine forecast has been improved including the software module to account for the effect of penetration of shortwave solar radiation in the upper layers of the sea, the algorithm calculating the total ecosystem dynamics and coastal circulation. The system of operational data transferring to HMC BAS , and also the effectiveness of operational marine forecasts ECMF MHI NASU in practice of HMC BAS was analyzed.
