The method and program-hardware complex for short wind wave spectra reconstruction by using of sea surface stereo snapshots are developed. The scheme of generation of extremely high waves (freak waves) is discovered and proved. The turbulent structure of wind flow over the sea which is disturbed by coast mountain relief is studied. The effect of wind friction stresses on the Black Sea Rim Current intensity is estimated. Numerical experiments to compute circulation in the Black Sea are carried out. Mechanisms of formation of cold intermediate waters in the Black Sea are studied. The model of water optical clusters which dissipates light equivalently to the real heterogeneity in pure water is proposed. The prognostic experiment on circulation formation in the Marmora Sea is carried out. The dynamics of nonlinear waves in the fluid with floating elastic ice is studied. The model of waves of tsunami type caused by side boundary displacements is considered. The relationship of generation of freak waves with wave regimes is analyzed. Mathematical model to calculate internal wave field generated by local bottom roughness in transient space homogeneous flow is development. Model to estimate dependences of turbulent energy dissipation rate and vertical turbulent diffusion coefficient on local buoyancy frequency are constructed. The applicability of different models of sea surface turbulent layer is estimated by comparing model results with data of in situ measurements.
