Using an integrated magnric resonanse imaging allows to define features of structural brain changts in intracracranial space-occupyning lesions of different nature, prevalence and localization. The device and technology have been designed to use passive stimulaion of the sensorimotor araes for examining patients with consciousness impairment and motor neurologic deficit. The techniques have been developed to algin the cerebral cortex motor activation zone with a quantitativ assessment of the extent of its dislocation due to the intracranial spacious lesion, as compared to similar indicators in the contraral hemispere. Rated effective use fMRI data for diagnostic support in order to prevent or reduc the occuence of motor disorders rizk in real surgical interventions for intracranial tumors of the ctrtbral hemisperes.
