The new method of the exact solution of the problem for a potential step at the interface based on the calculation of the exact spacetime particle propagator by the integration of the particle's spectral density matrix was suggested. This result allows to obtain the transition probability density between two spacetime points rather simply and is very important for investigations of the properties of multilayered materials for spintronics. Ultrahigh vacuum (10-10 Тоr) electron-beam technique of the evaporation of the multilayered nanostructured rare-earth/transition metal thin films and precise control of the evaporation process (the layer thicknesses and the rates of evaporation) and the control of the background atmosphere by the mass spectrometer was developed.
