It is clarified, that at different technological regimes the received tubes differ on quantitative composition. Owing to the hydrophobic nature CNT and especially TRG are hardly exposed to stabilisation and therefore to obtain nanofluids it is necessary to apply additional mehano-chemical processing methods (hypersonic affecting, liquid-phase refinement in ball or vibrating mills). Nevertheless, the carried out explorations have allowed to define the optimal stabilising agents for CNT and ТRG. On the basis of the made analysis scientific and technical problems of study and explanation of the growing mechanism of nanofluids critical heat flux in comparison with basic fluids are formulated. And also, influence of nanoparticles concentration foe value of a critical heat flux and on a value of a convective heat exchange factor. Questions of basic fluids preparation are solved.
