The spreading features of acute intestinal infections in modern social-economic conditions were determined: morbidity dynamics of shigellosis, vibriosis and parasitosis, seasonality, geographical distribution and outbreaks in 2008-2010 years. Biological properties of salmonellosis, vibriosis agents, isolated in last years were investigated. Some persistence markers of shigella, salmonella, antilysozyme activity, resistance to chemicals were determined. A computer data base on ascaridosis, trichuriasis, enterobiasis morbidity was developed. The parasitosis morbidity tendencies and rate of change in modern conditions was determined.
