The work purpose - studying of conditions of formation nanostructural films of oxides of iron, cobalt and manganese by thermochemical and electrochemical methods. Methods of study - thermochemistry, electrochemistry, derivatography, X-ray spectral analysis, a microphotography, corrosion measurements. Conditions of coating of films Fe3O4, Co3O4 and MnО2 thermochemical and electrochemical methods are studied. It is shown, that electrophysic and corrosion properties of films are defined by a chemical compound, structure generated oxides and manner of preparation of a titanic base. Influence of the nature of etching agent on a condition of a surface of the titan is investigated. Optimum modes of thermochemical decomposition of nitrates of the transitive metals, providing high electrophysical and corrosion properties generated metaloxide films are established.
