On the base of researches of the alloys obtained the optimum content of components necessary for eutectic structure to form is established. Their wear- and heat-resistance are investigated. The investigations of kinetics of electric spark alloying of 45 steel with eutectic alloys shown that the mass transfer factor varied from the maximum 81,2 % for hot pressing alloy to 20 % for sintering one that can be explained by structure factors. The dependence of mass transfer values on volt-ampere and mechanical parameters of complex processing micro-plasma-spark alloying and ultrasonic modifying is investigated. An optimum mode at which microhardness of coatings Ni-Cr-Al reaches of 1300-1580 МPа in comparison with electrospark ones (900-1100 МPа) is determined. Product Description popup.authors Алфінцева Р.
