Threshold and lethal dozes of UV-radiation for the Antarctic microorganisms isolated from biofilms of 11 stationary monitoring points are determined. It is shown, that the Antarctic microorganisms isolated from biofilms are resistant to toxic metals and are capable to grow at metal concentration which are bactericidal for other microorganisms. The collection of the Antarctic microorganisms resistant to high concentration of toxic metals and high level of UV-radiation is developed.
