On the basis of captious study of clinical, laboratory and wide public of accessible instrumental methods of researches, by authors certain ponderability both separate signs inherent to pyogenic spondylitis and sensitiveness and specificity of the applied methods of researches. Set low cross-correlation connections between the separate signs of disease, low specificity and sensitiveness of diagnostics, that accords with opinion the row of authors about the necessity of application and analysis of wide spectrum of diagnostic methods at pyogenic spondylitis. By the authors of work the developed chart of application of diagnostic methods, and on its basis the offered differentially-diagnostic table that allows to reduce the terms of diagnostics of pyogenic spondylitis. On the basis of analysis of these microbiological and serum researches by authors the corrected therapy of disease taking into account specific composition of exciters of pyogenic spondylitis and their sensitiveness to antibiotics preparations on a modern stage. The state of the immune system is studied, variants of immune answer and certain necessary treatment. Differential approach is in-process represented to the choice of surgical methods in treatment of treatment. Developed shows at those or other variants of motion, complications.
