The analysis of the structure and rate of congenital and hereditary pathology of the fetus was carried out. The criteria for distribution of fetuses in prenatal dispensary group were refined. The advantages of planning the tactics of treatment before the birth of a child, due to timely prenatal diagnosis and the possibility of prenatal monitoring of the patient in the course of pregnancy were determined. Justified the transition from emergency surgery into delayed, after stabilization of the patient, the implementation of all medical pricedures in a single medical institution, which eliminates transportation the patient. On the basis of immunological studies of fetal blood were determined changes in the indices of different groups of immunoglobulins in cases of congenital and hereditary diseases. For the first time, it was shown that state of fetal thyroid system is associated with the presence of congenital or hereditary pathology, as well as the state of thyroid system of the mother. Character of changes in fetal thyroid system in cases of congenital and hereditary pathology was shown. Changes in some organs (liver, lung), which come along with congenital malformations of other organs, and their impact on the viability of the newborn were investigated. To predict perinatal complications in pregnant women at risk were developed and tested two prognostic models - a method of prediction miscarriage and cervical insufficiency on the basis of combined ultrasound assessment of the cervix, and method of prediction the Down syndrome, based on the calculation and evaluation of index of fetal liver state.
