The course of pregnancy, delivery and post-delivery period in women with infertility in anamnesis is the object of investigation. The aim of the work is the decrease of incidence of obstetric and perinatal complications in women with infertility in anamnesis by means of improvement of the diagnostic and treatment measures on the basis of investigation of hormonal and immunologic peculiarities of the course of pregnancy course, pathogenetic processes associated with urogenital infection. Methods of investigation: clinical statistical analysis of the course of pregnancy, delivery and status of newborns in women with infertility in anamnesis which beared in the institute POG AMS of Ukraine and in "Isida" clinics; clinical, bacteriologic, bacterioscopic, endocrinologic, immunologic, morphologic, immunohistochemical. The investigation of hemodynamic status in the vessels of funicle and external echography allowed us to show the early diagnostic criteria of found pathologic changes in women with infertility in anamnesis and to predict the development of possible complications. The investigation of endocrine function allowed to find and evaluate the role of essential violations of secretoric capacity of fetoplacentaric complex and to use them for future tactics of pregnancy performing in these women. The character of immune response and immunologic parameters in pregnant women with infertility in anamnesis allowed to find the disposition of immune system to the pregnancy interruption. Maybe, the long-term effect of chronic genital infection leads to the defects in the immune defence of these women. The investigated morphologic and immunohistochemical peculiarities of placenta in women with infertility in anamnesis allowed to show the high stage of destructive changes of inflammatory character that leads to the placentic failure. The scientific novelty of the work consists of the fact that for the first time on the basis of the undertaken complex investigation the peculiarities of the pregnancy course, delivery and newborn status in women with infertility in anamnesis are investigated and the system of treatment and prophylactic measures regarding complications in pregnant women with infertility in anamnesis. 6 articles are printed regarding the topic of the work and 2 licenses for useful models are received.
