Properties of the obtained carbon materials are investigated by using methods of impedance spectroscopy, cyclic voltamperometry and chronoamperometry. On the basis of electron paramagnetic resonance and impedance spectroscopy data and starting from an analysis of the Regon diagrams it is concluded about the existence of carbon nanostructures in the form of the bundles of multiwall nanotubes in such the material.
